Competitor Entry Fees

Adults: $60 to enter one competition.

Add $40 each to compete in another competition (Pose Down or Pairs).

Teens: $40 to enter one competition.

Add $40 each to compete in another competition (Pose Down or Pairs).

🔔 Important: A $20 late fee will be applied to all entries submitted after 06/13/2026 

Guidelines

Submission Requirements 

All competitors will submit:

Before photos and/or videos

A personal essay detailing their transformation journey by 06/13/2026

(Essays may be shortened for time.)

Your essay may include:

What inspired or motivated your transformation

How you achieved your goals

Challenges or obstacles you overcame

How you maintain your progress

How your transformation has impacted your life

Who you want to thank

Presentation Format

Each competitor will be introduced and given up to 3 minutes to present.

You will have a runway to showcase your transformation in any style you choose—the stage is yours. 

Eligibility & Awards

Open to Men and Women, ages 13 through Adult.

Teen competitors (ages 13–17 must have parental consent).

Awards include:

Female Winner

Male Winner

Pairs Winner (any combination of two competitors) 

On-Stage Attire

Swimsuit or workout wear that tastefully shows your progress.

This is a family-friendly event, so please use discretion.
