Competitor Entry Fees

• Adult The cost to register is $60.00. Crossovers are $40 each division.

• Teen The cost to register is $40.00. Crossovers are $40 each division.

• Cross Over from Transformation to Pose Down is Allowed - and we can explained 

((What is a Crossover - You compete in both, the Transformation and the Pose Down))

• Competitors who drop from this competition, will receive credit for audience attendance or next year's competition.

🔔 Important:  After 06/13/2026, a late fee of $20.00 will be applied to all entries.

Chiseled Stone Transformation Challenge ✅ Guidelines

Competitors 

✅ Will submit before photos &/or videos along with a personal essay detailing their journey by (whatever date)

✅ Personal Essay (May be abridged for time constraints)

💡 Essay may include:

What inspired or motivated you to transform?

How did you accomplish your goals?

What challenges or obstacles did you overcome?

How do you maintain your transformation?

How has your transformation impacted your life?

Who do you want to thank?

Competitors will be introduced and will be given up to 3 minutes to present.

You have a runway to show  your  Transformation in any way  you wish, literally the stage is yours.. 

Open to Men and Women (Teens (13-18) to Adult). 

Teens competitors (Parental Consent needed if under 18)

Female Winner

Male Winner

Pairs competitors, Any combination that make a pair.

On-stage attire: swimsuit or workout wear (Tasteful) that shows your progress (It's a family show, please use discretion)

Competitors

✅ Will submit  Who do you want to thank? (May be abridged for time constraints) 

Competitors will be introduced and will be given up to 3 minutes to present.

You have a runway to show  your  routine in any way  you wish, the routine must include:

Push-up (of any kind)

Front bicep pose

Back bicep pose

Victory pose

Split any variation

Leg Extension

Judging criteria:

40% Mandatory inclusion of 4 from the 6 listed above

40% Stage Presence & Choreography (Creativity, musicality, fluidity, transitions, connection with the audienc & confidence)

20% Physique Quality (balance, symmetry, conditioning, & proportion)

Open to Men and Women (Teens (13 -18) to Adult).
